Eco Biznfc Solutions Private Limited(“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the MyLuxeBook platform (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

- Account information — name, email address, phone number, business name, and password when you register.
- Business data — appointments, staff records, client lists, services, inventory, and revenue data you enter into the platform.
- Payment information — billing details are collected and processed by Stripe or Razorpay depending on your region. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically via log files.
- Communications — messages you send us via email or support channels.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the MyLuxeBook Service.
- Process transactions and send related billing communications.
- Send automated WhatsApp and SMS reminders on your behalf to your clients (only with your configuration).
- Improve, personalise, and expand our Service.
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
- Generate anonymised, aggregated analytics to understand how the Service is used.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or your clients' data to third parties.
3. Your Clients' Data
As a salon owner using MyLuxeBook, you act as the data controllerfor your clients' personal information stored in the platform. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your clients and complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
- Vercel — web application hosting.
- WhatsApp Business API — automated messaging (processed by Meta Platforms).
- Stripe — international payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
- Razorpay — India-based payment processing (razorpay.com/privacy).
Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we are committed to protecting your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation or data export requests, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems and backups within 30 additional days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies and session tokens required for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though this may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
