Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the MyLuxeBook platform in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

MyLuxeBook is a cloud-based salon and beauty business management platform offering online booking, client relationship management, staff management, point-of-sale, inventory tracking, marketing automation, loyalty programs, and revenue analytics. The Service is provided as-is on a subscription basis.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at Contact@ecobiznfc.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid subscription plan to continue using the Service. Unused trial days are not carried over.

After the free trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription pricing varies by region and business size. To get a quote applicable to your location, please contact our sales team at sales@myluxebook.com before subscribing.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST where applicable). Payments are processed securely via Stripe (international) or Razorpay(India), depending on your region. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis until cancelled. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to your registered email.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date.

Refund policies vary by salon. MyLuxeBook acts as a platform connecting clients with independent salon businesses. Each salon sets and manages its own refund and cancellation policy for services booked through the platform. We strongly recommend contacting the respective salon directly before making a booking to understand their specific refund terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code through the platform.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages to individuals who have not consented.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these rules without notice.

You retain full ownership of all business data and client data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership over your data. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We may use anonymised, aggregated, and non-identifiable data derived from usage of the Service for product improvement and analytics purposes.

The MyLuxeBook platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and content (excluding your data), is the exclusive property of Eco Biznfc Solutions Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent.

We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, interruptions, or data unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eco Biznfc Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eco Biznfc Solutions Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Data retention on termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
